Buying beef in bulk can be a big investment, not to mention the logistics of storage. But there are some definite advantages to having you’re own stash of really great meat on hand. It’s pretty reassuring in these uncertain times to know that you’re covered when supplies are low at the grocery store, or even if you are just having company for the weekend. Bulk beef means, you got this! No running out of the cave to find it and drag it home. Plus, you know the quality and food safety standards you are looking for have been met. Lastly, you’re a part of growing a sustainable food system in your local area. That not only tastes good, it feels good too.
