The recipe calls for things in your pantry that you will often have on hand. It’s easy, simple, delicious, cheap and one that your family will love.
This is an americanized version of Hungarian Goulash. One you are probably familiar with, but don’t forget that this recipe can be modified to suit your tastes. You can use Rotel in place of the tomatoes for a more mexican flavor of dish. You can also add things like corn, bell peppers, mushrooms, and it’s great topped with shredded cheese. Make a large batch as leftovers are usually popular.
