3 Steps To the Hamburger Queso Dip Everyone Adores

Cheese and hamburger seem to be made to go together. Add a little zip of salsa and you have a dip that pretty much everybody I know likes. I mean, when the school cooks made a version of this back in high school, all the kids went back for seconds. I love this dip with corn chips AND plain potato chips. It’s great on a cold day, it’s great for a summer party. Pretty much all you need is an excuse, people (so you don’t eat it all yourself), and a selection of chips.

Ingredients

1lb Velveeta cheese cut into cubes

1 can (10oz) Rotel or similar - You can use your own salsa if you like.

1lb Everett Beef Extra Lean Ground Beef Browned

Directions

  1. Combine the cheese and Rotel or Salsa in a microwave bowl.

  2. Microwave on high for about 5 min. Stop and stir the mixture every couple of minutes.

  3. Stir in the browned hamburger.

Serve & Enjoy - Preferably with laughter.
